Looking for something fun, mindful and nourishing for your child to enjoy these school holidays?

We’re delighted to welcome Amber, an experienced and inspiring kids yoga teacher (and mum of four), to Soul Tribe for a series of pop-up kids yoga classes this Easter break.

In these creative and engaging sessions, children will be guided through yoga poses, breathwork, games, storytelling and mindfulness activities designed especially for young minds and bodies. Each class supports emotional balance, builds confidence, and offers kids valuable tools to calm and centre themselves in a playful, age-appropriate way.

Kids yoga helps:

• Support emotional regulation and resilience
• Build focus and concentration
• Encourage self-expression, imagination and joy

While your child explores movement and mindfulness in our dedicated Kids Space with Amber, you can enjoy a peaceful adult yoga class in the main studio—offering you both a chance to recharge and reconnect during the holiday period.

Adults can enjoy the 930am Foundations classes on Mondays and 930am Soul Flow on Wednesdays, with Clare Lovelace.
