What is your cancellation policy?

Please email bookings@encounterdating.com.au at least 48 hours before the event to receive a 12-month credit for a future event. Cancellations within 48 hours will only receive credit if your spot can be filled from the waitlist.

I am outside the age range – can I still attend?

This event is for singles aged 28-45, however we do allow guests to be outside of this age group by a maximum of 2 years. Please ensure you have photo ID with you to show on request.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes – free name transfers are available if your friend meets the age and gender requirements. Email bookings@encounterdating.com.au with your booking details and their information.

How do I select my matches?

After the event, log in to Encounter Match, review the guest list, and select who you’d like to see again. If they also select you, your contact details are shared instantly. You have 24 hours to make selections.

Do people attend alone?

Yes - many guests attend solo and meet people easily through the icebreaker and social format.
