Eat, Breathe, Stretch: Mindful Reset @ UQ Library

Join UQ Wellbeing for brain break sessions with Dara from Chair YogisWhether you are feeling stiff from studying or anxious about upcoming assessments or exams, you will leave feeling more focused, grounded and equipped with new skills to practice at home, in the library or during exams.

This Non-Sleep Rest Session is a guided deep rest experience designed to calm the nervous system and support mental recovery. It can partially offset the negative consequences of too little sleep.
