Chefs Redefining Where We Tell our Food Stories with Peter Gordon & Giulio Sturla

As part of our new CONVERSATIONZ Webinar series, on Monday 25th November our Eat New Zealand CE Angela Clifford will join Chef Peter Gordon and Eat NZ Founder/Chef Giulio Sturla in a conversation about where we tell our food stories. 

We used to think chefs had to have restaurants. But what if they didn’t? How do they continue to tell the story of our food and who we are as people, without a big room full of tables and chairs, a menu, waitstaff and table service etc. 

This conversation will be about thinking outside the confines of a restaurant and exploring how two of Aotearoa’s most respected chefs are paving their own way forward.
