  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.

After a huge response to our last "Eating for Mental Health" webinar, Nicole and I are back with Part II!


Nicole had so much useful information to share last time, the hour went by in a flash! We're picking up where we left off, covering:


  • a quick re-visit of what we covered in "Eating for Mental Health"
  • an extra heaped serving of information, including some of the links between hormones, food, stress and the adrenal system
  • more of a focus on "how" to implement positive nutritional change in your life

Just like before, if you can't make it on the day we will be recording the session, you everyone who registers can go back to view it later.
