Event description

This free webinar will explore the relationship between the food we eat, agriculture, health, and climate change, and how we can improve our health by Eating for the Planet.

It will also launch our e-book about how to start a food coop.

Food sustains us, so let's talk about how to ensure that our choices around eating also help sustain the planet (and no, we are not going to tell you all to go vegan!).

Eating provides us with many opportunities to have a positive climate impact. One option would be to collectively purchase and we'll show you how via our e-book on starting a food co-op which we will be launching during the webinar. However, many small changes can have a big impact when it comes to food, so come along and we're pretty sure you'll leave with at least one thing you can do right now to reduce your carbon footprint.

The webinar will be hosted by Ali Bigg (waste consultant and sustainability expert) and Dr Sarah Mollard (General Practitioner and Doctors for the Environment Australia member) with other speakers to be confirmed.
