Eating Well with PMOS (PCOS): Nutrition for Hormones, Blood Sugar and Fertility
Description
Do you have PMOS (formerly known as PCOS)? Are you experiencing symptoms such as irregular periods, increased hunger, weight changes, or difficulty managing your blood sugar? Are you looking for practical ways to support your health and manage your symptoms through nutrition?
If you’re living with PMOS, it can seem like everyone is giving you advice about diet and nutrition. It’s easy to feel confused, uncertain, overwhelmed, and shamed.
Eating Well with PMOS(PCOS): Nutrition for Hormones, Blood Sugar, and Fertility is a free, virtual workshop for you. We’ll help you cut through the noise. WHC’s registered dietitian will share evidence-based, weight-neutral information you need to live well and manage your PMOS with nutrition.
Join us for this one-hour session where you will:
learn more about PMOS and how it can affect your body.
explore the connection between PMOS, blood sugar, and hormones.
get tools to build meals that support your nutritional needs.
learn how nutrition can support long-term health and fertility.
get practical tips to help you make sustainable nutrition choices.
This workshop takes place online. You will be sent a Teams link in the reminder email before the session—join from any computer, tablet, or smartphone.
If you have questions or need more information, please reach out to Oribim Kingson at okingson@womenshealthclinic.org.
