Through live-streamed recordings from our studio, this program seamlessly integrates practical yoga wisdom, offering you a down-to-earth experience tailored to your everyday understanding of well-being.

🌞 Mid Morning Empowerment Flow: Boost your vitality and resilience during the mid-morning hours with our Empowerment Flow. These practices are crafted to empower you, helping you navigate your day with strength and grace.

🌿 Afternoon Serenity Session: Find moments of tranquility and mental rejuvenation amidst the busyness of your day. Immerse yourself in practices that promote relaxation and balance, creating a practical sanctuary for your well-being.

🌙 Evening Unwind Ritual: Wind down your day gracefully with a gentle evening flow. Release tension, and create a tranquil space for reflection, setting the stage for a restful night.

Track your progress via the online weekly journal, use this to connect with fellow practitioners, and find inspiration in the comments section. Ebb and Flow empowers you to design your week or day according to your body's intuitive needs. Whether you choose to practice four times a week from each category or follow your intuition each day, share your insights and experiences in the weekly log comments section, curating your week with intention and reflection

There's no pressure to complete a daily practice and the weekly journal format takes the pressure of the tracked day method. These sessions are longer than our usual under 30-minute sessions, in fact the practices are 45 min to 1 hr - allowing you to really immerse yourself deeply into the various categories of practices. Create one comment box per person in the weekly log section, adding to it after each practice via the edit function. Join us on this journey of self-discovery and optimal living. I'll be there to oversee your practices and I look forward to seeing how you curate your week of yoga and meditation!
