Continuity Flow empowers you to design your week or day according to your body's intuitive needs. Whether you choose to practice four times a week from each category or follow your intuition each day, share your insights and experiences in the weekly log comments section, curating your week with intention and reflection.

These sessions are longer than our usual under 30-minute sessions, with practices lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour, allowing you to immerse yourself deeply into the various categories of practices.
