Join us for a special ECCQ Members Meeting held during Multicultural Queensland Month, where we celebrate leadership, storytelling, and media advocacy within our active communities.
Meet our evening facilitator - Ms Kirsty Nancarrow
An award-winning journalist with 30 years' media experience. Kirsty reported for ABC News and Current Affairs on radio, television, and online in Sydney, Darwin, Alice Springs, and Far North Queensland. She has mentored some of the ABC's top journalists. Kirsty also has extensive experience in senior communications roles. She is now a sought-after media and video trainer, offering one-on-one coaching and engaging group workshops. She is an advocate for social justice and mental health and has written Som's biography to increase awareness of the plight of children in Nepal.
