Event description

Join us for a free, echidna conservation workshop at Logan Central Library and online!

Whether you’re a nature lover, wildlife carer, or just curious about echidna's, this community event is a fantastic opportunity to learn, connect, and contribute to science.

Led by local researcher Dr Kate Dutton-Regester, the session will cover:

  • Echidna ecology and conservation

  • How to identify diggings and scats in the wild

  • How to use camera traps to monitor local wildlife

  • How to get involved in community-led echidna monitoring

AND, you'll get to see what species we have detected in Logan bush land reserves over the last few months!

This event is proudly supported by Logan City Council.
