Take some well-deserved time out and join us for 8 weeks of Mums & Bubs yoga-inspired playgroup, supporting the transitional journey to motherhood as we connect to self, connect to other mums and bond with baby by including them in our self-care practice of movement and mindfulness. Strengthen your mind and your body as we nurture wellness and recovery in this postpartum period we will delve into the guiding principles of yoga and how they can help guide your journey of motherhood🧘‍♀️✨

What to Expect:

🤱 A nurturing, judgment-free space where mums and bubs can engage in playful songs and poses, blending yoga principles with the joy of playgroup activities.
🌿 Introduction to the 8 limbs of yoga, tailored to support your journey through motherhood.
💪 Gentle sequences of poses aimed at supporting postpartum recovery, gently strengthening pelvic floor and core strength, while easing tension in your neck, back, hips, and shoulders.
🏠 Flexible class structure: whether you seek strength, balance, or simply a moment to unwind with your baby, our classes cater to your needs.
🛌 Nursing and nappy-friendly environment: tend to your baby's needs comfortably.
🩺 Doctor's clearance required: ensure you're ready to resume exercise post-birth.
