Event description

REMEMBRANCE DAY FOR LOST SPECIES 2021

The global Remembrance Day for Lost Species has taken place for over a decade on November 30th.

Do you feel the uncomfortable heart-felt sensations for species extinction and the pain of our world?  This event invites you to participate in a 're-connecting with nature' eco-art practice, create an artwork for an online gallery, and join in an event to come together as a collective, transition feelings, and share our creative expression and reflections.

You do not have to be an artist! It can be an advantage not to be!!!

This experience contains 3 parts:

  1. Participants may choose to engage in a self-guided ecopsychology practice and eco-art creative expression component to create their 'artwork.'
  2. Share an image or 2 (per participant) of your creative expression and a short reflection of your experience. You will be provided the details on booking.
  3. Join the optional online Gathering on Tuesday 30th, 2021 10-11:30am or 7-8.30pm (AEST-Melbourne Australia time. Click time am or pm to see which time suits you depending on where in the world you live.)

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH THE WEBSITE LINK DETAILS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXPERIENCE (PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM IF DON'T RECEIVE IT AFTER BOOKING and email greensong.info@gmail.com)
This website page includes readings and links, and steps you through the process which includes consent, multi-sensing, re-connecting, and gratitude. Please set aside at least an hour unhurried outdoors to fully engage in the NSTP practice.  Greensong ecopsychology practices do not focus on providing a lot of information, rather providing tools and experiences to explore, connect, relate, reflect, and sense your own self as part of the whole. You are invited to express yourself creatively however you choose within the practice or after completing it and add to the online gallery.
