Eco Holidays - Little Garden Growers

School is out which means Eco Holidays is back in session at the Coal Loader.  Bring them to the Coal Loader for free, fun and educational workshops for children aged 6 - 10 years (and their parents!).

Join us on Monday 30 September, 11am-1pm for Little Garden Growers. It's time for your eco-warriors to dig in, get their hands dirty, and unleash their inner gardener. They will paint and decorate their own terracotta pots and plant seedlings which you will be able to take home, and watch grow. Join us for this fun-filled educational workshop where your child will discover the magic of nature! Let's sow the seeds of fun together! 

A guardian must accompany each child.

Location: The Genia McCaffery Centre for Sustainability at the Coal Loader, 2 Balls Head Drive Waverton.

Accessibility: All physical abilities are welcome as the site is fully accessible. Please contact our team for any special requirement requests or questions.

Booking essential – limited spaces available. Please cancel your booking asap if you are no longer available to attend.

Cost: $0 to take part however ONLY book if you can make it.

What to bring: Reusable water bottle, and plastic-free snacks for after the class. Close-toed shoes. Sun and rain protection.

Wet Weather: In the case of wet weather, indoor activities may replace any planned outdoor activities. The class will go ahead in rainy weather.

Photo Permissions: Please let the facilitator know at the start of the workshop if you would prefer your little one not be include in photos taken on the day (photos to be used for promotional purposes only).
