For our first evening together in 2025, we are delighted that Tui Davidson, human composting advocate from Earthly Remains https://www.earthlyremains.com.au/ will come to speak with us.  

Tui founded Earthly Remains – Canberra in 2023, a not-for-profit organisation, which is advocating for a truly environmental and sustainable option of disposition - human composting - to be legalised here in Australia. 

She will be sharing how she has been talking and raising awareness with government ministers regarding the importance of this proposed legislation. She will be sharing her vision for action in 2025. 

Tui is dedicated to promoting quality death education, offering sustainable and affordable death care, as well as building community connections to improve our approach to death.
