Kara-Glenn Worth
Kara-Glenn Worth is a fourth-generation primary producer based in Innisfail, Far North Queensland, with over a decade of experience in stakeholder engagement, community facilitation, and agricultural innovation. She currently serves as the Digital Agriculture Innovation Consultant for the Tropical North Queensland Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub, where she leads programs to support agtech adoption and resilience for regional producers.
Kara is the architect of AgValuate, TNQ agriculture’s first digital innovation assessment tool, developed with producers to guide strategic decision-making and innovation readiness on-farm. She also sits on the Board of Terrain NRM and the Freshcare Industry Collaboration Advisory Committee, contributing her insight on sustainable farming systems and industry-wide engagement.
In addition to her professional work, Kara is the founder of Joy: Learn, Grow, Play — a nature-based education centre teaching children traditional and lost skills through bushcraft, nature art, and outdoor play. The centre reflects her passion for intergenerational resilience, place-based learning, and the role of community in shaping a sustainable future.
Kara is a vocal advocate for climate innovation and has volunteered as a mentor for Tech Girls Movement and Startup Bootcamp, supporting emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in agritech. Her work spans digital transformation, producer engagement, and grassroots education, with a deep commitment to thriving regional and remote communities.
