Ecological Grief Circle

With ecological grief on the rise, as a therapist, I would like to offer a quiet space for gentle reflection and ritual to honour nature, and our innate connection to it. Shared expression of mourning can be a healing vessel for grief and so I intend for this circle to be a safe space to hold and be held in these often un-worded feelings. This circle is a collective ode to the awe and vastness of nature, to strengthen our personal connection to it, and each other.
