Description
What is the ECOMIND Certificate?
Practical, evidence-informed workshops giving individuals & communities the tools to regulate stress, process climate emotions, support each other & sustain long-term impact.
Who is it for?
Any 18-35 year old feeling the impacts of the climate crisis and trying to create change whether through volunteering, work or study.
How does it work?
The Certificate is made up of 3 x 90min modules (workshops). Each week for three weeks, you'll jump online with a group of other young people who are passionate about the same things you are.
Every week, has a different focus area, all designed to help you sustain your action:
Wednesday 29th November from 4:30pm - 6pm | Module 1 - Looking after yourself
Understand climate stress & burnout, how to complete the stress cycle & build a personal wellbeing toolkitWednesday 2nd December from 4:30pm - 6pm | Module 2 - Looking after each other
Learn emotional co-regulation & peer support skills, & build community care tools to sustain impactWednesday 9th December from 4:30pm - 6pm | Module 3 - Looking after the planet
Discover active hope & build a personal theory of change - mapping purpose, energy & boundaries
