Event description

If you are keen to deepen your connection to nature, keep that relationship strong, sharpen your existing skills or learn some new ones, this workshop is for you!

Geoff and Rhiannon will offer some mindful walking prompts, introduce an exercise to strengthen your peripheral awareness in an embodied way, open a sharing circle and close with a grounding exercise to make sure you stay ecotuned to the more-than-human life all around you.
