EcoYoga
Event description
A beginner-friendly yoga class, with an environmental twist! Attendees will connect with their bodies through mindful breath and movement, while taking a journey through the life cycle of a tree. This will be a Vinyasa-style yoga class, with modifications offered to make it accessible to all experience levels. EcoYoga is open to ages 12 and up; please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat.
There is no cost to attend this class, however koha/donations are encouraged. All funds raised will be donated to Trees That Count to buy native trees for restoration projects. Please contact the event host, Kate, at knlodge@gmail.com with any questions.
This event is part of EcoFest, an annual month-long festival taking place Friday 15 March - Sunday 14 April 2024.
