We truly believe that of the most self-loving acts you can ever do is to dance, to move & feel music vibrating through your being

All we have to do is look at traditional tribes & ancient cultures to see that this is honestly priceless medicine for our souls

If you stick with feeling into your body, the beats and the rhythm for long enough it can catch you by surprise - as the ego initially resists but if you persist by simply moving, perhaps even with your eyes closed, your ego will step aside so that your spirit can step through! 

When this happens you feel the cells in your body lift to a higher vibration, allowing your spirit to be invigorated with pure joy!


Flow of our offering:

• Short cacao ceremony to drop us into our hearts and out of our minds as we allow the medicine to snake through our blood

• Semi Guided Ecstatic Dance Journey, weaving in the elements of fire, earth, air, water

Facilitators 

Sofia from Pilaflow

Sofia is trained as a Sound Healer and offers an ancient therapeutic approach to healing using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, hand pan , gongs, guitar, her voice  that are multi-layered with native percussion instruments. 

Being a multi-instrumentalist Sofia loves to take people on a transformative journey with the use of her many instruments and providing sound scapes that will have a profound effect. Sofia will lead you to an inner shift in a state of calmness and clarity.

Tayla Jean Watson

Tayla plays many roles woman, partner, mother, yoga teacher, meditation teacher, cacao ceremonialist and luminous leader, embodied training on the path of the Seven Rays Wilka Suyu from her teacher Anchoring The Light

Tayla passionate about creating spaces for connection particularly within her local community. She will be guiding us through a cacao ceremony & Elemental embodiment journey steeped in Andean wisdom in particular wisdom of the heart. A chance to drop in, uplift yourself and return to your wholeness, remembering you are a being of light pure as the day you arrived here on earth. Welcome 🫶🏻
