Ecstatic Dance & Yin Yoga at Greenstone Retreat

Let's raise the energy, have some fun and release tension from body and mind.

With the amazing sound system and funky lights in the EVOLve Studio, we will go on an individual journey through movement, feeling and expression.

It doesn't matter how you dance or what you look like as the experience is on the inside. Ecstatic dance is an alcohol and drug free dance party so you can dance like no one is watching with safety.

Great for mental and physical health, and for fun!

If you have been feeling low, heavy or stressed recently, you are not alone! Now is the perfect time to let loose on the dance floor and move that stagnent energy.

This dance will be initially guided by Kate before allowing the music and your instincts to take over.

To close the evening we will wind down for some long stretches and soothing sound healing to help prepare us for deep healing rest. You will leave feeling free, relaxed, grounded, centred and FABULOUS!
