Ecstatic Dance & Potluck with Father Otter

As the wheel turns toward harvest and deepening dusk, join us in the warm shelter of community for an intimate ecstatic dance and potluck with Father Otter. Once our bodies have danced their prayers, we gather for a communal harvest feast. Please bring a dish infused with love to share — as we nourish one another and celebrate the season's bounty together.

✨5:00: Arrival, settle in

💞 5:10: Opening Circle- In our opening circle, we will drop in, set personal and collective intentions and review the guidelines for ecstatic dance

🎶5:15-7:15: A journey of ecstatic dance with DJ set by Father Otter

🙏7:15-8:00: Closing circle + potluck - a collective time to reflect, integrate, connect and share food.

The ecstatic dance container:

We invite you to join our opening circle to set an intention and ground in together.

Our DJ will then guide us through our ecstatic dance experience. This is an opportunity to shake, move, dance, cry, laugh with each other, the wind, ocean waves, setting sun and rising moon.

We will integrate our journey at the end of the night with a closing circle.

Ecstatic dance is a space to move freely, drop into your body, and express your rawest self. Because it’s a non-verbal journey, honoring personal boundaries is what keeps the space safe and sacred for everyone. Anyone who does not honor personal boundaries will be asked to leave.

This is a phone-free, sober and judgment free experience. If there is explicit use of drugs or alcohol, you will be asked to leave.
