Ecstatic Dance In The Wilderness ॐ
Event description
♡ Wunya/Welcome/Ngara ♡
This gathering is for people who love the wilderness and adventure and those who are seeking a deeper connection with community. We will go on an Ecstatic Dance Journey and come together with pure intentions for healing and growth. This wild location is a hidden treasure, with dramatic waterfalls and pristine swim holes. This is a FULL DAY event 8am-6pm. It also includes a total of 2 hours walking.
This ceremony will be held with reverence and respect for the sacred land upon which we will gather. We will sit in ceremony on Kubi Kubi/Yinabarra country and come together as a tribe to support each other.
🖤💛❤️We respectfully acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land, and honor their enduring connection to community, land and water. We pay deep respect to Indigenous elders and peoples, past, present, and emerging, as we support the continuation of their rich cultural heritage.

Effie BIO
My name is Effie and while there are many titles I can (and will) share about myself, above all, I am human. With a deep passion and reverence for all life and an equal enthusiasm for protecting it. Gatekeeper, protector of portals, guide into and out of this physical plane; I work with animals both in the physical and shamanic realms and am always weaving in the acknowledgement of the elements and land in this space of healing.
I work in the birth space with women and am a death doula for animals. Prayerformance through ritual dance theatre is a practice that I feel passionately about in addition to my own dance practice as a way of connecting with and reclaiming full sovereignty in my body. Praying and playing are staples of my being that I inevitably sprinkle into every space I am in and I am excited to share the medicine of my spirit with you all, as well as all of the animal and nature spirits I carry with me.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out.
We look forward to welcoming you,
