Effie ⋆
My name is Effie and while there are many titles I can (and will) share about myself, above all, I am human.
With a deep passion and reverence for all life and an equal enthusiasm for protecting it. Gatekeeper, protector of portals, guide into and out of this physical plane; I work with animals both in the physical and shamanic realms and am always weaving in the acknowledgement of the elements and land in this space of healing.

I work in the birth space with women and am a death doula for animals. Prayerformance through ritual dance theatre is a practice that I feel passionately about in addition to my own dance practice as a way of connecting with and reclaiming full sovereignty in my body. Praying and playing are staples of my being that I inevitably sprinkle into every space I am in and I am excited to share the medicine of my spirit with you all, as well as all of the animal and nature spirits I carry with me.

About Cacao 🍫
Cacao is a powerful elixr, an ancient plant medicine, that is both gentle and nurturing. We will prepare the medicine honouring the power of tradition, ritual and prayer.
There are some important preparations we recommend to support the experience.
We suggest not eating 2-3 hrs before the ceremony and avoiding caffeine please.
There are some contraindications with ceremonial cacao, such as SSRI's (antidepressants), antipsychotics and heart medications.
Please make contact with us prior so we can adjust accordingly.
Drink plenty of Fluids so you are well hydrated!
If you have any questions feel free to connect with us.

Photography
There will be a photographer joining us in the ceremony who is going to capture some shots for us.
We hope to capture the medicine of our events so we can share what we do with others.
If you do not wish to be photographed please let us know.
We thank you for your support ♡

We look forward to welcoming you!
