Ecstatic Dance Trilogy
Event description
Step into a world of rhythm and movement with Ecstatic Dance Trilogy, a space where dance becomes a form of meditation, healing, and self-expression. This event is more than just a dance party; it's a safe, judgment-free zone that encourages you to explore your body's natural movement to a dynamic and uplifting soundscape. No steps to follow, no specific form—just the freedom to move however your spirit desires.
As you enter this sacred space, you’ll be welcomed by a community of like-minded individuals, all seeking connection and authenticity through movement. The experience begins with a 45-minute warm-up class, designed to help you connect with your body and prepare for the journey ahead. Following this, we’ll gather for a 15-minute opening circle to set intentions and cultivate a sense of community. Then, immerse yourself in a two-hour ecstatic dance journey, featuring local and international guest DJs and musicians, whose intentional musical selections will elevate your spirit and inspire deep expression.
As you dance, you will be guided by the rhythms and sounds, allowing emotions to surface and be released in a supportive environment. This is a space to embrace vulnerability, connect with others non-verbally, and celebrate the joy of movement. The event will conclude with a closing integration, providing you the opportunity to reflect on your experience and share insights with fellow participants. By the end of the night, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and more in tune with your authentic self, carrying the transformative energy of Ecstatic Dance into your everyday life.
