This November marks the TWO YEAR ANNIVERSARY of Ecstatic Dance Trilogy! Help us celebrate with an evening of embodied freedom, deep connection, and soul-stirring movement.

Join us in the sanctuary of Trilogy for a night that begins with guided movement and flows into a liberating, heart-opening Ecstatic Dance journey—closing with a grounding sound bath and heartfelt community circle. Whether this is your first time or your 100th, this is a space to come home to your body, connect with community, and let the dance move you.

CHAYU is a multidisciplinary artist, DJ, and music producer who creates dynamic dance music that blends organic textures with deep, driving rhythms. Drawing from a diverse background in classical piano, somatic practices, and global club culture, CHAYU’s sound is invigorating and meditative. A master tastemaker, he connects energy to sound through his soulful yet bold selections, exploring how music shapes our experience of space and self.

CHAYU’s sound has found success at events like Electric Forest, Ecstatic Dance LA, Duck Duck Roar, and Project HeARTshine. Whether on a festival stage or in an intimate venue, CHAYU crafts experiences that are personal and relatable, and still fresh and lively. It is in these containers where rhythm becomes ritual and dance becomes a portal. As with his music, CHAYU reminds us of the beauty of being fully present in all life’s moments. It’s not just music - it’s a remembering.

💃 Warm-Up Class

Start the evening with a unique dance class to warm up, learn something new, and connect with your fellow Ecstatic Dancers. We draw on the best dance teachers in our community to guide you into your body before the free-form movement journey begins.

At the conclusion of our Ecstatic Dance journey, CHAYU will move from the decks to the piano for a blissful sound bath. His intentional soundscape will help you integrate, ground, and soak in all the magic of the evening.

1. Wear clothes that enable free movement and make you feel your most confident self

2. BYO water canteen (refill station available) & earplugs if needed

3. Ecstatic Dance Guidelines:

• Free of shoes

• Free of substances

• Free of phones, photography & videography

• Free of talking on the dance floor (please keep verbal communication in the healing room or hallway only)

• Authentic expression on the dance flow (we welcome wild movement & sounds)

• Respect yourself and others

• Touch is Sacred (Consent to dance with others) ~ Many people dance in their own space, and others share their space with another. To engage in a dance with someone, use sensitivity: Are they open to sharing their space with me? Mirror movements, offer a hand, brush by, make eye contact, and see & feel how they respond.
