Join us in the sanctuary of Trilogy for a night that begins with guided movement and flows into a liberating, heart-opening Ecstatic Dance journey—closing with a grounding sound bath and heartfelt community circle. Whether this is your first time or your 100th, this is a space to come home to your body, connect with community, and let the dance move you.

Transforming from Dancer to DJ, Gabriel has found an evolution, moving from the floor to the decks. Knowing what dancers want, has provided a special insight on what to provide as a DJ. Gabriel has taken his love of music and movement abroad, dropping DJ sets all over Europe, Thailand, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand. Gabriel has opened for Dirtwire, Dimond Saints, Random Rab, Soohan, David Starfire, and MORiLLO to name just a few.

Gabriel's signature workshop is a movement life exploration. It is dynamic zen, body/mind connection, human awareness, and FREEstyle (to be free of style.) It is primal, inclusive, basic and advanced. Movers will discover more about themselves and therefore the world around them. We will unlock the keys to life, living and loving, connecting the 'dancer' and the 'yogi', yourself and the Universe! We will work both solo, duo and in groups. DANCE IS LIFE is a movement catalyst, a life changer and a whole lot of fun!

🎧 Sound Healing: Jerry William @jerrywilliammusic
Jerry William is a San Diego-based multi-instrumentalist and sound healer creating immersive, cinematic soundscapes rooted in ambient and world music traditions. Blending handpan, live looping, and instruments influenced by his Latin American roots, he crafts entirely instrumental journeys designed for deep relaxation, presence, and inner reflection.

• Free of shoes

• Free of substances

• Free of phones, photography & videography

• Free of talking on the dance floor (please keep verbal communication in the healing room or hallway only)

• Authentic expression on the dance flow (we welcome wild movement & sounds)

• Respect yourself and others

• Touch is Sacred (Consent to dance with others) ~ Many people dance in their own space, and others share their space with another. To engage in a dance with someone, use sensitivity: Are they open to sharing their space with me? Mirror movements, offer a hand, brush by, make eye contact, and see & feel how they respond.
