ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

💃🏼 Dance Class: Niki Caro - @nikiscaro
Niki will be guiding you through Somatic Conversations - a guided exploration of how we converse with the language of the body and others through authentic movement and contact dance. We’ll start by reconnecting with our own authenticity, exploring self and movement through the 5 elements. From there, we'll explore how we can communicate with others through movement, diving into playful and connective partner exercises to build trust and relatability.

🎧 Ecstatic Dance Journey: Shylah Ray@shylahray
Shylah Ray Sunshine is a multi award-winning singer/songwriter, musician, mother, activist, DJ and professional Vocal Coach. Originally from Canada, Shylah stands proudly as a First Nations Algonquin woman, now living in Southern California. An independent artist, ranging in Neo-Soul, R&B, new age Jazz with a touch of Blues and Hip Hop, she is most well known for her remarkably soulful & powerful voice. Shylah has been writing and performing for over 18 years, based in the Los Angeles area.

She has a passion for creating music that resonates with people on a deep level. Her mission is to inspire healing and transformation through music. Her latest project, “LESSONS IN LOVE” is a soulful collection of songs that explore the complexities and nuances of self/love, relationships, and personal growth. This is her 2nd full length album since the release of "Into the Wild" featuring the hit single in 2018.

Shylah Ray inspires and moves audiences through the delivery of her powerfully soulful voice and ultra moving lyrics- she brings a spirit of positivity, power and fierce love to both studio and stage.

🎶Sound Healing: Masha Kouzmenko - @mindful.masha

Masha is a devoted yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher, sound therapist, life coach, and spiritual guide. Her journey transformed after the passing of her mother, when she realized how deeply unprocessed emotions and limiting beliefs impact the body. Since then, she has dedicated her path to guiding others in healing, reconnecting with their inner child, and rediscovering self-love and peace.

She believes sound is more than what we hear—it’s vibration felt in every cell of our being. This is why sound therapy can create profound shifts, releasing emotional blocks and restoring balance on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Prepare to return to the womb during this special sound journey and experience a rebirth!
