Ecstatic Dance with Nah Mean?
Event description
Hey fam - We are clunking through a metamorphosis, and it's messy and knotty. Collective growth is asking us to face the hard stuff. Unwind some of those knots, release, grieve, scream, cry, laugh, howl...dancing in community just might be the medicine you need.
Join us as we welcome the frenzied growth of Spring by shaking our bones to the intentional beats of Nah Mean?. This 1.5 hour set will be followed by a cozy sound bath to help ground our nervous systems and enter back into this shifting world with compassion.
Ecstatic dance is an intentional dance space that welcomes free form movement and expression. There are no moves to learn, or steps to master. You move your body however you desire without judgement.
