Ecstatic Metamorphosis

Ecstatic Metamorphosis is the collaboration of two powerful wahine, Lauren Ryburn (Nourished leaf) and Dj Morpho.

This magical journey will start with grounding down, connecting inward and setting intention together in ceremony with the medicine of cacao.

Ceremonial Cacao is a sacred plant that has been used since ancient times as a powerful healing tool for the mind, body and spirit and to bring people together in connection and community.

This sacred heart opening elixir has powerful abilities to heal and nourish on many levels.

It supports bringing us home to ourselves, opening our heart centre and grounding and connecting us to Mother Earth.

In essence, a cup of cacao is a warm embrace from the inside out, realigning and bringing us into deep embodiment for the journey of connective dance.

We will then journey together into the healing medicine of movement through the 5 rhythms of ecstatic dance with DJ Morpho.

We will then unwind and settle into stillness together by receiving and allowing the healing balm of a vibrational sound to wash over us with a sound iournev b the lovelv Lauren.
