Event description

We are thrilled to invite 12 students to join our team for a rewarding day at Edgar’s Mission Sanctuary, where you'll experience a unique blend of moral development, hands-on volunteering, and a refreshing nature getaway.

This opportunity allows you to step away from the hustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings of the sanctuary, where you’ll be actively involved in caring for rescued farm animals. From feeding and grooming to learning about ethical farming and animal welfare, this experience will not only build empathy but also enhance your teamwork and responsibility skills.

Volunteering at Edgar’s Mission is a fantastic way to give back to the community while also developing valuable skills that look great on resumes and scholarship applications. At the end of the day, you’ll receive a certificate recognising your contribution— perfect for showcasing your commitment to ethical service and personal growth.

Join us for this enriching experience where kindness meets action, and leave with a deeper appreciation for both nature and the impact of compassionate volunteering! Food and transport will be covered in the 10$ fee so no need to worry!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the limited numbers, we can't offer everyone a chance to go on this trip. If you have a ticket but want to cancel, please do it at least 3 days in advance to allow another lucky person to take your spot.
