Monica has many years experience in foraging and eating edible weeds in Geelong and has run a number of these before. She has a solid background in Permaculture design training & practice as well as Permaculture teaching over the last 14 years and co-ordinates Transition Streets Geelong (Social Permaculture). She attempts as much as possible to incorporate the 3 ethics: Care for Earth, Care for People and Share The Surplus, into her life.

She loves to empower people to eat to prevent, reverse and arrest the western diseases through primarily diet as well as other simple daily practices and is a great fan of free, natural solutions available to all.
