EdTech Innovation Network: Community of Action

Join EduGrowth and Western Sydney University (WSU) for an interactive workshop exploring the repurposing and redevelopment of learning objects using Ai driven strategies.

The team from WSU will lead us through how they have used Ai to review thousands of hours worth of learning objects to analyse, adapt and personalise educational content for their learners. To see this in practice, Open Learning will share a live demonstration to see firsthand how these Ai tools actually work and how it meets the diverse needs of learners whilst improving accessibility and engagement.

Online Education Services (OES) will join us to share their EzExtend solution, an innovative tool that simplifies the process of extension requests for teaching staff and students. We will see firsthand how this tool reduces administrative burdens through automation, benefiting both educators and learners and learn how OES identified a sector-wide challenge and developed a solution that prioritises the needs of both learners and educators, while delivering significant operational benefits such as cost avoidance, improved submission rates, and reduced staff mental load.
