Join us for a special evening of exceptional wine, fine food and fabulous company as we launch some of Edwards Wines exciting new releases! This is a celebration of flavour, friendship and the story behind every bottle – and you’re at the heart of it.

The star of the evening is our show-stopping 2022 Oceans Series Cabernet Sauvignon - aged beneath the sea and bursting with bold character and depth. Guests will also enjoy a glass of the elegant 2022 Oceans Series Chardonnay, equally shaped by the ocean’s magic. We’re also thrilled to unveil three fresh new releases making their debut on the night:

• The vibrant 2025 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

• The crisp 2025 Rosé

• The graceful Matilda Reserve Chardonnay - a tribute to our beloved Tiger Moth, Matilda

For our red wine lovers, we’ll also have a tasting of the deliciously rich 2022 Shiraz on offer – just in case you haven’t had the pleasure yet. 

Every wine will be perfectly paired with a series of mouth-watering canapés from Moon and Mary, delivering a beautifully modern Asian twist to elevate your tasting experience.
