Effective Altruism Summit: Vancouver
Event description
Effective Altruism Summit Vancouver ‘25 is an effective altruism (EA) conference organized especially for the Pacific Northwest EA community. Whether you’re new to the ideas and community of effective altruism, or if you’ve been doing high-impact work for years, this Summit will be an incredible opportunity to connect with people and organizations in the community, exchange ideas, and discover ways to do the most good that you can.
On Friday September 19, we are gathering for dinner and discussions (6-10pm) at the charming Odd Fellows' Hall, a 100-year-old community space. On Saturday September 20, we're spending the day together (9am-5pm) to explore the core questions of effective altruism, find opportunities to maximize our impact, and enjoy delicious vegan food. Refreshments like coffee and tea will be available throughout.
If you’re committed to doing the most good you can do, but the cost of the reduced price ticket is an issue, let us know. Just contact us through this form, or email us at ea.vancouver.summit@gmail.com, and we may be able to help.
