A great onboarding experience goes beyond the paperwork, training videos and a tour of the building. Effective onboarding will leave a lasting positive impression on your new hires and increase staff retention. In this class, you will gain strategies and learn processes that will improve the new hire experience. Companies that onboard effectively create a competitive advantage.
