Effective People Management: A practical workshop for pig and poultry producers looking to strengthen their people management skills.


In any farming business, people make the difference between simply surviving and truly thriving. Creating a successful workplace culture starts with how staff are led, supported, and managed.

Whether you are an owner-operator working with contractors or casual employees, or part of a larger organisation with established reporting lines, this workshop is designed to help you develop the skills and confidence to manage people effectively.

With a specific focus on pig and poultry enterprises, the workshop will address some of the unique staffing challenges faced by these industries.

Ben brings extensive experience in leadership development, mentoring, human resource management, industrial relations, and group facilitation. His practical approach provides participants with valuable tools and strategies that can be implemented immediately within their business.
