Event description

Join this 60-minute webinar to learn how to be fully prepared to re-engage effectively with your staff when you return to working with each other face-to-face.

We have all been changed by this pandemic, and realise the team that returns to your workplace will not be the same as the team that left.

In this session, our presenters will explain the impact of this uncertainty on our brains to help you bring your teams to optimal performance during this pandemic.

This webinar will provide an insight into how our brain works and the impact of change on its performance.

During this webinar, we will draw on neuroscience research to give you:

  • An understanding of what’s happening in our brains during this pandemic
  • A five-point framework of modern-day threats to understand neuroscience in the workplace
  • An insight into your role as leader during these times
  • A host of practical ideas to help your employees work at their potential.

NGO Recruitment will also share with you results from its current survey on employee wellbeing during the pandemic which will help you understand what may be happening in your own workplaces.
