Begin your day with brunch, where Cassandra Charlick will share her insights, top picks of the Grand Tasting and a Q&A session. Enjoy early-entry to the Grand Tasting to taste & chat to the winemakers without the crowds and access to an exclusive VIP pavillion. Then head to Josef Chromy Restaurant for a 2-course lunch with wines selected by your host, Cassandra Charlick. The day is completed by joining Loic le Calvez, Huon Hooke and renowned winemakers for the International Masterclass. Please note, due to the earlier start (10am) the arrival bus service to Effervescence is not suitable for this experience. Guests to this experience may book to return only bus from Josef Chromy to Launceston at the conclusion of the Grand Tasting (or Bubbles & Beats)
