Event description

Pricing your products and services depends on a few things. But you can take away the guesswork with the right preparation and a formula.

When his digital agency grew rapidly in 2019 and he added new bricks and mortar and eCommerce ventures to his portfolio, guest presenter Dante St James knew that he could no longer make decisions on price based upon guesswork or feelings. Together with his team, he designed a formula on a spreadsheet that allowed anyone in the business to set pricing or negotiate it based upon sustaining a viable business, rather than trying to gain a contract at a cost that would bring a loss.

This formula now lives on a master spreadsheet that takes into account:

  • the cost of materials, staff and tools
  • an ideal price, acceptable price and floor price for all products and services
  • the target revenue or budget for each month
  • sales targets and warning signs of danger to cashflow

In this insightful webinar you will learn:

      1. how to understand what your true costs are
      2. how to create your formula for viability
      3. how to work out fair, ideal and floor prices for your products and services
      4. how to create your own pricing spreadsheet

At the conclusion of this webinar, you will be sent a link to your own template for generating a spreadsheet for your pricing and business viability.
