Event description

   Get Ready for 2023

Are you looking to introduce something new to your business (product or process)?

Are you getting your business ready for some change in 2023 and need the nudge to help set your goals?

A SWOT analysis for small business is a powerful but simple process. It gives businesses a clear view of their current position and helps them understand how to be more successful in the future.

This workshop is the first of two sessions that will begin to focus on preparing your new or existing business for 2023. These sessions are not to be missed and will be a valuable resource to anyone starting out in business or running an existing business. In this first session, participants will learn the fundamentals of a SWOT analysis and how this tool can be used to map out strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

The second workshop will be held on the 15th of December at Tweed Heads and will be facilitated by Sharon Styman. Find out more about this event on our website www.sbp.org.au
