EFT is a technique based on acupuncture and acupressure that everybody can easily practice and it is the core of a more complex technique called TFT (Thought Field Therapy). It consists on tapping or massaging acupuncture points while focusing on a traumatic event or a belief or fear that we want to release. This releases the negative energy from our body.
