Elders Training Conference

The Elders Training Conference at Wishart Community Church is a one-day event designed to equip and encourage current and aspiring church leaders. With practical, Bible-based teaching from Murray Capill, Principal of the Reformed Theological College in Victoria and author of The Elder-Led Church, this conference will explore what gospel-shaped leadership looks like in real church life.

Through three engaging sessions, Gospel Vision, Effective Structures, and Care & Discipleship

attendees will be challenged, refreshed, and better prepared to lead God’s people with wisdom and clarity.
