In 1995, he started at Les Mills International, the World's Largest Group Fitness Company, as the global sales director responsible for developing sales systems, training and account management to support the Les Mills system globally. He is an original shareholder in Les Mills International, and was one of the company’s founding employees at its inception in 1995 which led to his position as CEO of Les Mills West Coast Inc., San Francisco, in California.

As a sports enthusiast he became obsessed with spinning and claimed the Guinness World Record in 1999 for indoor stationary cycling over 24 hours.

Now his business KIWA Digital is at the forefront of digital transformation, revolutionising content delivery, breaking language barriers, and making storytelling more authentic and accessible worldwide. The companies VoiceQ technology is a game-changer in the global film industry, used by major streaming platforms and studios to drive the booming demand for high-quality dubbing.  A recent example of this technology is Disney's launch of the movie Moana, in Te Reo.
