Travel instructions

We are at 90 Rush Lane, Mount Pisa which is 15 minutes north of Cromwell, and 30 minutes south of Wanaka. Turn off the highway onto Gilmore Road and then Rush Lane is the first left. Our driveway is about 800m down Rush Lane and next to the sign 'Forest Lodge Orchard'. Drive down the long driveway and then turn off to the right after the Dam and park anywhere in the large yard. If one of our EV car chargers are free, you are welcome to charge your car whilst on the Tour.

Hazards

We advise you to wear closed toe footwear- suitable for walking on rough ground. You will also be walking in the vicinity of beehives, so if bees are an issue, please let us know before we set off. We are an operating commercial cherry orchard and not all vehicles or equipment may be available to view or demonstrate, and not all areas of the orchard may be accessible during your visit - we will however do our best to minimise this. Our Tours will go ahead rain or shine and we do we ask that you check the weather in advance and dress accordingly. In Autumn/ Winter it can be especially cold so please wear warm layers. We only have a few inside areas so the majority of the Tour will be outside.

Toilet location

Toilets are located next to the Orchard Gate. These are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
