Electronic Odyssey Breathwork - Sydney
Description
Deep breathwork set to live melodic house and techno. A nervous system reset for the dancefloor crowd. No experience needed.
Two hours of guided breathwork, built entirely around sound.
This is my first Sydney session, held in a room styled by Leisure Disco Decor, warm textures and considered detail, built for people to actually sink into rather than sit stiffly through.
Music guides the breath here, not the other way around. As the energy builds through the session, so does the sound, until you're moving through something closer to feeling than thinking.
We'll close with a full hour of integration, space to properly land and sit with whatever surfaced before you step back outside.
Facilitated by Nick, osteopath and breathwork facilitator, bringing a clinical understanding of the nervous system into every session.
FAQs
- What should I bring?
A a pillow, blanket and a water bottle. Come with a full stomach, and keep coffee to one cup, at least three hours before we start.
- What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose clothing you can move and breathe in. Layers are a good idea, your body temperature can shift through the session.
- Do I need any breathwork experience?
No experience needed. Everything is guided, and the pace works whether this is your first session or your fiftieth.
- Is this physically intense?
Breathwork can bring up strong physical sensations, tingling, muscle tension, sometimes emotional release. That's a normal part of the practice, and you're guided through it the whole way, never left to manage it alone.
- What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session starts. Once we begin, the door will be locked and we won't be able to let latecomers in, the room needs to stay settled once the breathwork is underway.
- Are there any health conditions I should be aware of?
Yes. If you have a cardiovascular condition, epilepsy, are currently pregnant, or have a diagnosed mental illness including panic disorder, please check with your GP before attending and let us know in advance. Full details are in the waiver you'll complete before the session.
