You are invited to join Dylan for a beautiful journey that will ignite all of your senses. Beginning with a guided life force movement practice to mobilise and open the body. Followed by the medicine of ceremonial cacao to open the heart and connect with your inner embodied wisdom. Deepening the community connection with a sharing circle to finish. This will be followed on by a somatic dance journey to celebrate and relish in the freedom and connection formed.

Grounding into embodied presence and heart connection with the medicine of ceremonial cacao, meditation, community, and intention setting. The cacao ceremony integrates indigenous wisdom and modern science, opening a journey into the intelligence of the human body and nature. Together, we will set intentions for growth, joy, and creativity as we transition into the fertile summer months.
