Join us for a powerful and nourishing 4-day, 3-night all-inclusive retreat where we journey through the elemental forces of Fire, Earth, Water, and Air as metaphors for our emotions and the human experience. Guided by three highly experienced Breathwork facilitators and therapists with over a decade of practice each, this retreat offers a deeply held space for transformation, connection, and renewal.

Through Conscious Connected Breathwork Journeys, somatic practices, guided meditations, nature connection, psychotherapeutic approaches, deep listening circles, ceremony, movement, dance, play, and laughter, we will explore how each element lives within us — illuminating our inner landscapes and inviting us into greater balance, authenticity, self understanding and aliveness.

Whether you are navigating personal change, seeking deeper self-awareness, or simply longing to reconnect with your essential nature and community, this retreat offers a sanctuary for reflection, release, and reconnection.

Meet the team:

You will be supported throughout this retreat by experienced breathwork
practitioners and holistic psychotherapists, Amber and Joshua, the
creators of Transmute Breathwork. You’ll also be supported by Dannielle
Kurr, a Clinical Psychologist and breathwork practitioner.

What is transpersonal breathwork?

Transpersonal breathwork is an advanced breathing technique called
conscious connected breathing. This technique bypasses the thinking mind
and activates subconscious memories, thoughts, feelings and emotions
held in the body.

These experiences are explored, amplified, reframed and/or released. Breathwork is a down-up and experiential therapeutic practice that is guided by sensations and experiences within the body, rather than the mind. 

This retreat is beginner-friendly. Beginners are also welcome to come try a group or one-on-one breathwork session prior to coming to the retreat to get a feel for it.

We welcome all genders, sexualities and expressions of identity (18 +). The only criterion is that you are committed to empowering, healing and inspiring your own inner unfolding. Please contact us with any accessibility needs.
