Elemental Flow: Returning to the Wild Self
Event description
Elemental Flow: Returning to the Wild Self
Step softly onto moss underfoot, feel the slow pulse of the earth beneath you, and open to the long timelines and stories woven into this wild land. Beginning this three-hour journey, Creative Field Guide Ky Alecto-Mukari will guide you through smoking ceremony, deep Acknowledgment of Country, meditation, and creative art practice - including charcoal rubbings made on-site from native Callitris pine. Each moment is designed to move you beyond ideas of “good art” or perfection, and into playful, sensory attunement with the living world.
From this rooted, sensory opening, your body becomes the next terrain. With Wim Hof Instructor Amy Pysden, you’ll explore breathwork beneath the trees, then move through the elemental contrasts of ice bath and wood-fired sauna, before settling into deep relaxation in the hot tub. Air, earth, fire, and water become teachers, guiding you beyond the constructs of the mind into direct, embodied engagement with the land. This is a journey into the unfamiliar - a threshold where senses awaken, contrast sharpens perception, and new aspects of self can emerge, flowing in resonance with the rhythms and wild intelligence of the ecosystem around you.
Small, intimate group sizes ensure a high-quality, grounded experience. Book early to secure your place.
